The rules for using Nesnel, as a diner or as a venue. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Nesnel collects reviews from several platforms and turns them into scores, summaries and analytics. Diner features are free. Some venue features are paid.
Your account
Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to open one.
Reviews you write
- Write about your own, real visit.
- No reviews in exchange for payment, discounts or gifts.
- No hate speech, threats or personal data about other people, staff included.
- You keep ownership of your review and give Nesnel a licence to display and analyse it.
For venues
- Only an authorised representative may claim a venue.
- Owners can reply to reviews and report policy violations. They cannot delete or bury criticism.
- Nothing a business buys changes where it appears or how it looks in results.
Scores and summaries
Nesnel Scores and AI summaries are opinions computed from the reviews available to us. They can be incomplete or wrong.
What is not allowed
- Scraping, copying or reselling Nesnel data without written permission.
- Posting fake reviews, or coordinating others to post them.
- Interfering with the security or operation of the service.
Liability
Nesnel is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a score.
Changes and closing your account
We may update these terms and will tell signed-in users before material changes take effect. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İzmir courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
