KVKK privacy notice

Personal data we process

• Identity: name and surname.
• Contact: email address and, for venue owners, phone number.
• Customer transactions: reviews, ratings, saved venues and searches.
• Transaction security: IP address, log records and device information.
• Marketing: cookie and communication preferences, only with consent.

Purposes

We process personal data to provide and secure the service, calculate Nesnel Scores, detect fake reviews, answer your requests and meet our legal obligations.

Legal grounds

• Article 5(2)(c): necessary to set up or perform a contract with you.
• Article 5(2)(ç): necessary to meet a legal obligation.
• Article 5(2)(d): data you have made public, such as reviews on other platforms.
• Article 5(2)(f): our legitimate interest in keeping rankings fair, provided your rights are not harmed.
• Article 5(1): your explicit consent, for analytics cookies and marketing messages.

How data is collected

Electronically: through the website and apps, through forms you fill in, through cookies, and from public review platforms.

Transfers

Data may be shared with hosting and email providers acting on our behalf, with auditors and advisers, and with public authorities when the law requires it. Transfers abroad follow Article 9 of KVKK.

Your rights under Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose.
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data is transferred.
• Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
• Ask for data to be erased or destroyed under Article 7.
• Ask for corrections and erasures to be notified to third parties who received the data.
• Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

How to apply

Send your request in writing to [REGISTERED ADDRESS], from your registered email address to [PRIVACY EMAIL], or by KEP to [KEP ADDRESS]. We answer within 30 days and free of charge, under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
